The Zerbst event venue prepares a quote within 24 hours once we have the occasion, date and number of participants. If you wish, you can view the rooms, technology and shooting range beforehand and go through the schedule with your personal contact. For decision-makers from Magdeburg or Dessau-Roßlau, that is done in half an hour's drive.

In the detailed planning we fix the seating, technology, catering and timetable. We actively ask about allergies, vegetarian and vegan options and special requests. On the day, your contact is on site; after the event there is a short debrief. You concentrate on content and guests; we take care of the organisation.

A typical full day begins with coffee and pastries, followed by a workshop or kick-off in U-shape or classroom seating with a 4K projector and colleagues from other sites joining via the hybrid link. At midday comes the business lunch with regional specialities. In the afternoon the group moves to the shooting range without changing venue.

The team challenge takes around three hours: safety briefing, shooting with several firearms under the supervision of licensed range officers, a competition with individual and team rankings, and a prize-giving with trophies. No firearms licence is needed; an ID card or passport is enough. The evening ends in the restaurant and bar or in the ApexLounge. We align the timing of the shooting part with the range's opening hours.^*

The rooms can be combined or divided and seated for 10 to 200 people. The U-shape suits workshops and strategy sessions where everyone can see each other. Classroom seating with tables suits training sessions and seminars where participants work on laptops. Theatre seating offers the largest capacity for talks, product presentations and assemblies.

For gala dinners, anniversaries and Christmas parties, the room is laid out in banquet style. The hybrid set-up with fibre-optic Wi-Fi, wireless microphones and a professional sound system brings in participants at other locations without the dynamic in the room suffering. Alongside the conference rooms, individual lanes or the entire facility can be booked exclusively. The five climate-controlled 25-metre lanes are approved for up to 7,000 joules and fitted with electronic scoring and modern extraction technology. Clubs use this for club championships or training camps, companies for closed client events, public authorities for training in a shielded setting.

Shooting at the facility always takes place under a responsible supervising person in accordance with § 27 WaffG and § 10 AWaffV, whom we provide or whom the hiring club brings along. Public authorities on official duty train at exclusive times; details are in the public authorities section. Rental firearms, ammunition and protective equipment can be part of the package on request.

The venue lies on the A2 and A9 with free parking right outside, including for team minibuses. From Magdeburg it is around 30 minutes, from Dessau-Roßlau 25, from Halle 55, from Leipzig 60, from Berlin 90 and from Potsdam 95 minutes. Zerbst railway station is right next door – a two-minute walk.
